Narrative
In the uptown place in Chicago, Sarah Clarke suffered the auto accident during their third trimester of their pregnancy, which left the husband deceased and her also, who is partially deaf.
During Christmas Eve, she prepared for the birth of her child which has been on Christmas Day. During that morning, the neighbor and Isaac, her friend, visited, and the two exchanged their gifts. Sarah phoned the mother, who has been roving to stay that night with Sarah. That evening, after sleeping Sarah awakened by a knock from the door from the woman that claimed her car had been broken down. Talking through the bunged door, Sarah told the woman that her husband is sleeping, to which the unfamiliar person responded that her husband passed away and then addressed Sarah by name. Then, Sarah phoned the police, who came and make the investigation, but the lady has fled. She phoned Isaac, but did not answer, and then she left him with the message about an incident.
Sarah returned to her sleep, but the lady infiltrated the house and then decided to drugs her with the chloroform just before deciding to inject her with the oxytocin. Sarah awakened as the lady prepared to abduct the unborn child. Then the two of them fight, and Sarah flew down the hall, fastening herself inside the bath area. The lady retrieves Sarah’s ringing the phone from their kitchen, which is taking the call from Isaac. Then, Sarah broke the mirror in the bathroom, arming herself with the glass shard. Isaac entered the home and is met through a woman, who introduced herself as the mother of Sarah mother.
After pacifying the worries of Isaac, the woman attempted to usher him to be out of their house, but they were met with the mother of Sarah who had just arrived by the taxi. Her mother rushed to go upstairs, but then Sarah, mistaken her for the lady, stabbed her in her throat with a glass, killing her. Then, Isaac rushed to go upstairs and then witnessed the scene, but then the lady stabbed him in her back with the use of a butcher knife. Then again, Sarah locked herself in a bathroom, and starts encountering serious labor pains, as that lady stabbed at the door once more. She is deterred when Isaac’s cellphone rings, receiving a call from his partner, Brian. The woman blocked the door of the bathroom with the chest of drawer before breaking in the house of Isaac and slitting the throat of Brian.
Writer’s Notion
While you will think that it’s going that far calling this as the “lifetime movie remake” and the movie for the kids or whatever – this is being toned down quite for a bit from its mayhem that has been the original.
Having this said, you have quite that bit of violence and blood and that does not mean it will ever reach the madness of its other movie since many will attest into that. And then there’s the ending part, and the interesting part is that, this is not similar to the original one and throughout the movie, you can already tell it, and that this will not go with the same route as the original did.
