The film is an American slasher movie of co-producer, director and writer Damien Leone. Thornton portrayed as the murderous being Art the Clown, hunted three young girls who women appeared by Corcoran and Kannell, Scaffidi on Halloween.

Narrative
The talk show host, Monica Brown, interviewed as the seriously disfigured woman who’s the only survivor of the massacre that happened in the former Halloween. Brown mentioned that a body of the murderer, called only being “Art the Clown” vanished from the morgue, recommending that he’s still alive. But, the disfigured woman insisted that she was there when he was dying. After the program, Monica insulted the appearance of the woman, after which this woman attacked Monica and gouges the eyes out.
During Halloween night, two buddies, Dawn and Tara leave the Halloween party and wander drunkenly back to the car of Dawn, where they witnessed the odd man wearing the clown costume. That guy, Art the Clown, followed them into the nearby pizzeria. After the short time, the bistro owner roughly escorted Art from the property for smearing his personal feces all through the bathroom walls. These girls discovered that one of the car tires of Dawn was slashed, and Tara called Vicky, her sister, to come and pick them up. During their waiting time, Tara asked Mike, the pest control worker, if she can come in the derelict apartment area he is been working in to by using the restroom area. The moment she is inside, Tara encountered the deluded woman, who believed that the doll she carried is the infant child. Art returned to the pizzeria, wherein he killed and mutilated the two laborers before kidnapping Dawn.
Soon, Tara encountered Art inside an apartment building. He pursued her through an indoor mechanic’s garage, then, stabs her with the use of scalpel. She tried alerting Mike but Art was able to drug her. Tara was awakened bound to the chair, and Art revealed Dawn, suspended upturned from a ceiling. He obliges Tara to observe as he witness Dawn in half together with the handsaw. Tara escaped but Art draws the handgun and then shoots her to her end. The Cat Lady witnessed all these and begs for Mike to phone the police. Mike dismissed her as insane; however, Art soon knocked him unconscious together with the hammer. This Cat Lady discovered Art cradling the doll. In her plea for the giving back of her “child”, the cat lady tried to show motherly empathy to Art through cradling him.
Writer’s Notion
The movie seems to be a cruel and a disturbing type of horror film. It is not really that good, however, it does their job in maintaining you in the pleasant viewing and also showing some of the very disturbing stuffs – this movie isn’t really for kids, and that is one thing sure.
Overall, “Terrifier” isn’t totally a bad horror film. It is very disturbing, but it’s not one gore fest. This is one nice terror flick for those that love this genre and to all others – you best stay far away with this type of film.
